Marriage and Family Therapist

Life’s journey often provides us with many opportunities that help us both grow and succeed. However, there are often bumps in those roads that can mentally hinder our progress. Some of these bumps can severely damage an individual in many ways beyond physical aspects. It is during these moments when one may benefit from seeking aid, and with that being said, I believe that finding the right therapist to help guide and provide support during these times is crucial.

Change is a process that demands a person to face the unknown. Going into this transition is often filled with fear and uncertainty, but with the proper support the experience can be fulfilling, eye opening, and worthwhile.

In my practice, I provide holistic psychotherapy by incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. I am equipped to work with individuals of all ages who are in different stages in life as well as couples and families looking for support. My goal in working with you is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment in order for you to work through your struggles.

My approach to therapy is integrative and involves using a combination of techniques from expressive arts therapy, psychodynamic theory, somatic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), transpersonal and attachment based practices in order to provide an experience that is unique to you.  My practice welcomes people of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations.
